About this Event

We are thrilled to announce the FEVACA Annual Conference 2025, where we will once again bring together professionals, leaders, and experts from across the children’s homes and supported accommodation sectors. This year’s conference will focus on one of the most critical and pressing issues facing our sector today: Workforce Development.

At the 2025 FEVACA Conference, we aim to explore how we can move beyond arbitrary “tick-box” training frameworks to deliver meaningful, evidence-based professional development that enhances the skills of our workforce and addresses the complex, ever-evolving challenges of the residential care sector, sharing good practice from within the sector and looking to new ideas.

With a plethora of guest speakers and exhibitors from across the industry, this event will bring networking, sharing of information, practices and conversation to drive long lating change in the workforce.
