Winter vegetable and lentil broth with parsley croutons
Pressed ham hock terrine served with toasted focaccia,
petit salad and piccalilli dressing
Main course...
Hand carved breast of turkey served with thyme and cranberry
stuffing, ‘Kilted’ sausages and rich pan gravy
Low and slow cooked feather blade of Scottish beef
served with crispy pancetta, chard shallot, confit tomato
and peppercorn sauce
Spinach, mushroom and spiced carrot Wellington
finished with butternut squash crisps and a rosemary gravy
All of our main courses are served with twice cooked crispy roast potatoes, medley of roasted winter vegetables
and sauté Brussel sprouts
