Festive Glow Yoga

Namasleigh & seasons greetings! Find balance peace and joy amid the holiday hustle. Whether this time of year is filled with joy and love or if it’s a little more challenging for you join me in celebrating the festive season with this retreat that will leave you with a festive glow.

We will open with a guided mindfulness meditation to settle in and feel grounded followed by a flow for festive glow! Finishing with longer-held yin and restorative postures with a guided relaxation to restore health and vitality.

Open to all (including beginners). Limited places are available so booking is essential. Props for the restorative session including bolsters and blankets will be available to borrow at the session (but bring your own if you have them).

To fully unwind and unplug this session will be in-studio only.
