Festive Family Yoga

Family Yoga is one of those perfect ways to spend time with your loved ones. A special way to show how much you care. Join us on for some festive family yoga fun. Fancy dress welcome – kids and adults! This is an inclusive session, disabled access is available in the building and studio.

No yoga experience required and all family members invited. This Family Yoga workshop is a great way to reconnect with each other and smile from the inside out. We will go on a yoga journey together with some music, yoga games, partner poses, and practice some breathing exercises.

There will be festive cupcakes available for £3 each. Please note this is not included in the yoga ticket price. These are cash only on arrival at the studio. Please email us at [email protected] on booking to order your cakes.

We recommend that this workshop is suitable for years 4+ but if you would like enquire about bringing someone younger in your family then please get in touch so that we can let you know more about what is involved.
