Aerial Relaxation Pod: Winter Wonderland

This will be a soothing unique experience to help and support you by letting go, relaxing and exploring deep tranquility within the hammock

We will take you on a multisensory journey with ambient music followed by the sounds of our Koshi chimes and meditation bells. As you lay swaying to the sounds, cocooned in silk surrender, we will create an aromatherapy with the essential oils, lavender, orange and frankincense.

Workshop includes...

Floating Meditation.

Pranayama breathing exercises to help with anxiety and stress.

Immersed Savasana Sound of Stillness.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THIS SESSION:

Please arrive 15 minutes early to set the height of your hammock with our support and to do any necessary paperwork.

Arrive well-hydrated.

Eat lightly an hour or so before class; don’t come with a full stomach.

Clothing: Your t-shirt must cover your armpits and your pants/leggings must cover the backs of the knees - preferably cotton.

The following are NOT allowed in the hammocks:• jewellery of any kind: necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings,• clothing with zips, buckles or buttons• long or sharp finger/toe nails/acrylic nails.

PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to turn people away, without refund, if they arrive with any of the above as these items rip the hammock fabric. In the case of jewellery this can of course be removed before the workshop.
