This series is designed for women who are on a journey to conceive and are seeking a supportive, nurturing space to connect with their bodies, intentions and others. Fertility yoga has been shown to potentially enhance the chances of conception—one study (Yoga Research: Is Yoga Helpful for Fertility by Lacey Gibson Ramirez) found that yoga can nearly double the chances of giving birth compared to a control group.In this series, we’ll explore poses tailored to each phase of the menstrual cycle, support hormonal balance, and work to open the heart and sacral space—centers associated with creativity and creation. Together, we’ll focus on cultivating a calm mind and a receptive body.
While yoga can be a powerful tool for overall well-being and fertility support, it is important to note that it does not guarantee pregnancy. This class is not a medical treatment, but a practice to support you emotionally, physically, and spiritually on your path to motherhood—however that journey unfolds
