Becky, a Holistic Wellness Practitioner specialising in fertility health, will be offering a guest talk at Holistic Hylands - exploring the interconnected roles of physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing in fertility, the menstrual cycle, and early pregnancy. Trained as a Yoga Teacher, Auricular Acupuncture Therapist, and Rewind Trauma Facilitator, Becky brings together evidence-informed practice and lived experience of infertility, IVF, and loss.
This session will gently explore how the nervous system, hormones, and emotional health interact, and how supportive, body-based approaches can help individuals feel more regulated, connected, and supported on their fertility journey.
