Feng-Feng Yeh Qingming Culinary Experience
Artist, chef, and founder of the Chinese Chorizo Project, Feng-Feng Yeh, will be hosting a multi-sensory event at Yun Gee Park Gallery on Saturday April 4th, 2026 from 5:30-8:00 pm (performance starts at 6:00 – Asian refreshments and beverages served before and after the performance).
The Qingming Tasting Experience led by Feng-Feng Yeh will explore ancestral bonds from an epigenetic curiosity –
The menu for this performance event include:
Qingtuan (青团): a mugwart mochi filled with sweet tepary bean
Sweet & Sour Pickled Bittermelon
Chinese Chorizo Zongzi (粽子): Chinese tamale-a sticky rice dumpling wrapped in bamboo (what Feng-Feng calls the Chinese Tamale, and which is also a celebratory food eaten during the Dragon Boat Festival)
*Vegan and non-vegan options available. The food contains soy and sesame.
The current installation of “I’m Not Your Hōu!” by Feng-Feng Yeh and the gallery’s current art jewelry/wearable sculpture exhibition, “Closer to the Heart,” will also be open for viewing before and after the event.
