An intimate practice designed to bring you home to your body. Through sensual somatic movement, breathwork, sound and meditation, we create a space to soften, release and reconnect to our feminine essence.

Each session opens with intenetion setting and journal prompts, followed by a guideed movement flow and breathwork practice. We close with medtation and connent together in circle.
