Transformational Breathwork guided by Brielle is trauma-informed AND will help you work through and release built-up frustrations, stresses, anxieties, and other repressed emotion. To feel BETTER, you have to be a better FEELER. This session is guaranteed to leave your feeling lighter, more at peace and at ease in your life, and more free to be who you truly are!

About Brielle
Brielle is a Mom, Wife, Breathwork facilitator, Coach and healer. She has additional trainings in somatic trauma resolution, nervous system regulation, business coaching, food freedom coaching, energetic alignment and more! Currently, Brielle helps postpartum and pregnant women heal from their previous birth trauma, forgive themselves, their bodies, their babies and their previous team so they can go into their next birth confident, free and in tune with their motherly intuition, fully trusting themselves, their bodies, their babies and birth. She has a big heart for helping pregnant, birthing and postpartum women prepare for the massive transformation of motherhood, yet she also serves others as well.
Brielle has worked with women (and men) in over 30 different countries online, through international retreats, in-person events and more. Most of her time spent in her business the past 6 years has been helping humans feel BETTER, be better FEELERS, resolve past trauma and feel worthy, expressive and confident in expressing their true selves through Breathwork, which is the exact impact Breathwork has had on her life.
