Our Feel the Flow class is a space for those who identify as *BIPOC. This 60-minute hot yoga class will begin with a time for journaling to draw our minds into the present moment to appreciate the process of your practice. This can help you develop an understanding of how yoga can truly bring you to a balanced place. Then, we allow our bodies to get in motion with a creative sequence of asana poses to feel our flow. We finish class with a small amount of time to journal your experience with the sensations that you may have felt during your practice.The class temperature ranges from 85 to 90 degrees. Heated yoga benefits include increased flexibility, greater lung capacity, improves moods and manage stress amongst other things.
