Tapping (EFT) is easy to learn, self-applied, and highly effective for addressing negative emotions, physical pain, and everyday challenges. It works by calming the nervous system, turning off the stress response, and leaving you feeling relaxed, grounded, and at peace.
In this engaging and interactive workshop, Marie Cancellieri, EFT Master, will demonstrate how to use tapping for a variety of situations, including everyday stress and annoyances, relationship conflicts, physical pain, and even improving sleep.
With time to practice and ask questions, you’ll leave feeling confident and empowered to use tapping whenever you need it. Join us and discover how tapping can quickly transform your stress into calm and clarity, helping you move toward the life you truly want!
