Last year, more than 35 pets went home in one incredible weekend… so we’re doing it again. 😎🙌⚖️
Metro East Humane Society is teaming up once again with TorHoerman Law in Edwardsville, IL to waive adoption fees on ALL pets in our care June 12–14, 2026. Because they deserve a fighting chance, and so do you!

Every adopter will also receive a free tote bag thanks to our friends at THL. 🙌
We’ll be kicking the weekend off on Friday, June 12 from 11 AM–2 PM at Twisted Biscuit Brunch Co. as they celebrate their 5th birthday alongside some of our adoptable puppies! A portion of meal sales during the event will be donated back to MEHS, and anyone who brings a wishlist donation from mehs.org/supplies will receive a coupon for a future visit to Twisted Biscuit. 🥞🐶
