Join me for our second monthly Walk & Talk this Saturday February 28th!This is a grounded walking meditation & conversation in nature, open to anyone who feels called.
No agenda. No fixing. No pressure to talk. Just humans together… breathing… listening… letting whatever wants to arise, arise.
My work through my coaching path ‘this is emotionart’ is about helping people find the inner pieces they’ve lost touch with, and the voice they’ve kept locked away.
I’ve discovered a deep sensitivity to people’s emotional worlds which I offer through presence, awareness and reflection.
Come quiet. Come curious. Come heavy. Come joyful.
Come exactly as you are… and dressed for the weather, and water in hand.
