Frank Drebbin from Police Squad [1982], must succeed in his father's footsteps to prevent the closure of Police Squad. Disguised as a schoolgirl, he singlehandedly dispatches a gang of bank robbers. But the raid was a merely a distraction to steal a vital gadget.
Our villain privately demonstrates how he will use the stolen device to revert humans to their primitive nature, culling the population for his fellow billionaires, who will be safely insulated in a bunker.
