An opportunity for parents and professionals to discover the wonderful RESOURCES that SACRAMENTO, PLACER AND ELDORADO COUNTY has to offer to individuals with intellectual/physical/cognitive/developmental disabilities.
DATE – SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 8,2025 - 10 AM-1 PM
LOCATION – MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM, FOLSOM HIGH SCHOOL, 1655 IRON POINT ROAD< FOLSOM, CA 95670

VENDOR BOOTH DETAILS
1) Registration form for vendor booth

2) REGISTRATION CLOSES ON FEB 5th, 2025, or when we reach maximum of 70 vendors (whichever happens first)
3) A table and 2 chairs will be provided for each organization. Bring your own table cover/cloth.
4) At this fair you can display and sell. But let us know in advance what will be on sale.
5) We typically have 250 attendees at this event, and it has been growing.
6) We will be providing 2 FREE vouchers for LUNCH for all Registered VENDORS ( Food and Water).
7) You are welcome to participate in our raffle donations.
� Vendors arrive BY 9 AM AND SET UP THEIR TABLE by 9:45 AM
9) DOOR OPENS for PUBLIC at 10 AM and ENDS at 1 PM
VENDOR BOOTH FEES - $25.00 – NON-PROFITS,
$ 50.00 - PROFIT BASED ORGANIZATIONS,
FREE – Small micro enterprises of Individuals who are Neuro- diverse, have any Physical /Intellectual / Developmental disabilities.
Registered Vendors will receive confirmation after registering. They will also receive an email by January 15th and on February 6th, 2025.
