FEB 22nd - Grow your own mushrooms Workshop

It is easy to grow mushrooms at home (right on your kitchen countertop or other suitable locations). The team at Winding Brook Farms - mushrooms and more will share their knowledge and enthusiasm for this delightful hobby. Learners will listen to and participate in a brief introduction to the art and science of growing mushrooms in a contained space. The workshop will then take participants through the hands-on, step-by-step process of growing mushrooms at home. Each participant will take home a processed mushroom bag that they can "grow-at-home." Everything needed, plus detailed instructions, will be included with the grow bag.
