FEAST YARD CrossFit Comp
Get ready to throw down! We're thrilled to announce that East Yard will be hosting our own CrossFit competition: “FEAST YARD” on Saturday Nov. 22 at 8am.
Grab a partner and show off all that hard work you’ve been putting in!
This is a team of 2 competition that will be same sex with one partner representing as “Rx” athlete, and the other partner representing as a “Scaled” athlete. There will be an Open division and a Masters Division (45+) **
This is open to anyone and will include 4 workouts.
Cost: $125 +fees
REGISTER by 10/24 and receive a FEAST YARD T-Shirt.

Please use fair & proper judgment on what constitutes an “RX” and “Scaled” athlete. To help we’ve included some common standards for “RX”, Scaled”, & “Master’s” weights and movements. This is not an all inclusive list and does not necessarily mean these movements will be in the workouts. If the majority of this list falls within your ability, then that’s likely the category you fall into. Please note that you CAN change who is representing the “RX” and “Scaled” partner from workout to workout. Each shall be declared before the workout and you can’t switch mid-workout.
**For Example: The workout is double unders, burpees, and air squats. If you can do 90% of the RX movements, but cannot perform double unders and your scaled partner can RX double unders (and do the other movements as prescribed) then you may switch who is RX and who is Scaled for that workout.
