If you’re ready to stop letting fear hold you back — this is for you.This uplifting, confidence-building workshop helps you release fear (big or small), rebuild self-trust and step into the new year feeling braver, clearer and far more capable than you realise.

You’ll be gently supported through:
• EFT to soften fear, worry and old beliefs
• Mindset + confidence tools
• Journalling prompts to uncover what you really want
• Coaching to help you take brave but grounded steps forward
• A safe, nurturing environment where you can explore what’s been holding you back
By the end, you’ll feel empowered, more courageous, and ready for a fresh start.

You can come alone or with a friend.
You won’t be asked to speak in front of the group or do anything that feels uncomfortable.
This is a kind, supportive space where you are guided the entire way through.
