Grober Ablauf:
Tag 1: Basics und viel Ausprobieren
Tag 2: Vertiefung der gelernten Konzepte, je nach Zeit Exkurs in fortgeschrittenere Konzepte, Cool down und Austausch mit den anderen in der Gruppe
Rough schedule:
Day 1: Basics and their practice.
Day 2: Deepening of the concepts learned, dive into more advanced concepts, cool down and exchange with the others in the group

Werde selbstbewusster, finde deine Stärke und zu dir selbst. Von Frau zu Frau lernst du in einer geschützten Umgebung und kleiner Gruppe die Grundlagen der Selbstverteidigung.

Komme in bequemer (Sport-)Kleidung und bringe dir Wasser und einen Snack für danach mit. Du wirst theoretische Konzepte direkt aktiv in der Anwendung ausprobieren und mit Hilfe von Schlagpolstern deine eigene Stärke aktivieren.

Become more self-confident, find your strength and yourself. From one woman to another, you will learn the basics of self-defense in a protected environment and in a small group. Come in comfortable (sports-) clothes and bring water and a snack for afterwards. You will actively try out and apply theoretical concepts and activate your own strength with the help of punch pads.
