Corpus Delicti (FR)
French gothic rock royalty - one of the ‘90s bands whose shadow still stretches over the scene today. Reunited in recent years and freshly celebrated with reissues and a live set, they bring sleek, serrated drama and that unmistakable Marseille–Nice chill: somber basslines, incandescent guitars, and Sebastian’s cutting croon. Expect a masterclass in classic-yet-alive goth theatre.
Klez.e (GER)
Berliners with a reputation for literate, beautifully arranged guitar music that threads electronics through austere, winter-lit melodies. Their work swings from glassy minimalism to full-hearted surge- music that feels designed for the Lido’s cinematic acoustics.
Golden Apes (GER)
Longstanding Berlin dark romantics: imagistic lyrics, deep baritone presence, and songs that bloom from post-punk restraint into widescreen melancholia. ‘Kasbek’ is a perfect entry point - elegant, ageless, and built for midnight.
THE DEVIL & THE UNIVERSE (AT/CZ)
Vienna’s ritualists: a cinematic, occult-tinged blend of dark wave pulses, martial accents, and hypnotic electronics—equal parts ceremony and club. Their performances are mood architecture, all atmosphere and slow-burning menace; their recent activity hints at fresh material onstage.
Varg I Veum (IT)
A Naples-based duo (featuring the former singer of Hapax) weaving coldwave architectures with a spectral medieval sensibility-lyrics drawing on Old Norse poetics, vocals awash in cathedral reverb, and electronics that ache and shimmer. A haunting, newer name perfectly tuned to Dark Spring’s aesthetic.
