Ditch the father/daughter dance, try aerials! This playful aerial hammock class is designed for dads and one of their kids (aged 6-12) to explore movement, build confidence, and share a little adventure — all while wrapped in silk.Register once for your pair.
No experience needed. Together you'll learn foundational hammock skills like inversions and cocoon poses while building trust, body awareness, and a memory worth keeping.
Whether your kid is a born daredevil or needs a gentle nudge to try something new, the hammock meets them where they are — and you'll be right there with them.
What to expect: A fun, structured class in a supportive environment with guidance for every pair. Taught by Rachel.
Bring your camera! Wear long pants and tops that cover the stomach and armpits.
