Join Marsha Evans, LPC, for a reflective and body-based training exploring father wounds, emotional safety, self-worth, attachment, validation, and inner trust.

Sometimes the wound is not only what happened. Sometimes it is what was missing.

The father wound can show up as a deep desire to be chosen, difficulty trusting support, fear of rejection, overachieving, emotional guardedness, or seeking validation from people who cannot fully see you.

This 2-hour workshop is a space to explore how relationships with fathers or father figures can shape self-worth, safety, confidence, protection, attachment, and the way we move through the world.

This is not about blame. It is about understanding the emotional patterns we carry and beginning to create a deeper sense of safety within ourselves.

During this training, we will explore:

  • What the father wound is and how it may show up in adulthood
  • The connection between safety, protection, and self-worth
  • How unmet needs can impact relationships and attachment
  • Why achievement can become a way to earn approval
  • How to begin rebuilding inner safety and self-trust

Workshop Format:
This is a 2-hour experiential workshop that includes teaching, guided reflection, journaling, gentle somatic practice, optional sharing, and a closing sound meditation.
