Join Fat+Happy Yoga for two hours to decompress, breathe and explore boundaries and balance this holiday season! We'll enjoy candlelight Yin Yoga & Meditation, followed by journaling and a discussion of how to maintain love, respect and kindness for ourselves and our bodies during this busy time of year.

Helen Camisa has been teaching yoga for almost a decade and it was the first step in her own journey towards body acceptance. She believes that we all deserve to feel good and enjoy our bodies in this moment, rather than waiting for the "perfect time". The time is now! Helen loves exploring and sharing the ways in which she finds happiness in the skin she lives in, and she wants to help you get there too.
