Join us for FASFA United's Fourth Annual Golf Tournament supporting families of addicts in recovery from alcohol and substance abuse. This exciting event includes contests like Hole-in-One, Putting, Longest Drive, and Closest to the Pin!Registration: 11:00 AM

Lunch & Awards Ceremony: 3:30 PM
Registration Fees:
$500 per foursome
Mulligans: $5 (available during play)

Platinum Sponsor ($5,000): Golf for 12 players, company banner, radio recognition, event signage, website recognition, swag bag logo item, and more.
Gold Sponsor ($3,000): Golf for 8 players, display table, and logo recognition on signage and website.
