About this Event
With both society and Government driving unprecedented levels of change across our food systems, this workshop will equip you with an appropriate framework, knowledge and skills that can be applied to approaching, delivering and leading successful change across your own business, team or just for yourself.
Farming and agrcultural contracting businesses are multidimensional. Requiring different skills on a daily basis and needing to respond to changing scenarios and unpredictability with sometimes limited warning or accurate forecast. But how do businesses now respond to the greater uncertainty expected and what skills, approaches and methods of thinking will be needed to meet this uncertainty ?
Introducing our Farming Leaders Programme for Farm Owners, Managers and Workers
This Programme is:
Interactive - sessions from which you will gain value in increased knowledge and skills and applying them through shared insight and experience.
Not ‘death by powerpoint’ - These interactive sessions are about applying thinking/ methodology and sharing thoughts and experiences with others.
Challenging – Delegates will need to be open to challenging the status-quo; both on the day and ultimately within their own organisation.•
Applicable to the Real World - Special guests including renowned sector leaders will be invited to attend - sharing experience and challenging you.
