Cotswold Canals Connected has partnered again with Rob Gould, The Cotswold Forager, to bring you two sessions of 'Forage and Ferment'. ??Rob Gould will lead a forage along the towpath and up into the beautiful Pockett's Orchard, where you will get an update on the work being done in the area as part of the Cotswold Canals Connected project. This will last approximately 1.5 hours.
We will then head back to the Fromebridge Mill for a fermenting workshop, followed by a selection of foraged, fermented and preserved canapes by Alex, Force of Nature Chef.
All attendees will need to bring along a sterilised kilner jar for their ferment.
Does this not sound like the most perfect late summer’s evening?! ?
Meet at 6pm in Fromebridge Mill car park. The event should be finished by10pm at the latest.
