Come join us for a rejuvenating Vinyasa yoga class at the La Jolla Open Aire Farmers Market!

This 45-minute class is designed for all experience levels—from brand new to seasoned yogis. You'll move through a creative sequence of sun salutations and standing postures to build heat, followed by grounding stretches and a peaceful savasana to close. Our instructors will offer modifications and variations so you can practice in a way that serves your body.
