An Exclusive One-Night-Only Dinner Experience
Join us for a truly special evening where the chefs and the people who grow your food come together at the table.
On Tuesday May 12 at 6pm, RockStar Pizza & Woodfired Kitchen in downtown Lincoln is hosting a pre-sold, intimate 4-course dinner featuring the freshest local ingredients from right here in Placer County.
The Star Ingredients & Their Makers:
• Gourmet mushrooms from Foggy Dew Fungi (family farm in Auburn/Newcastle) — grown regeneratively on upcycled agricultural byproducts, turning waste into world-class oysters, lion’s mane, shiitake, and more.
• Pasture-raised chicken from Bare Naked Birdies (right here in Lincoln) — “Nothin’ to Hide!” These birds roam freely every day on fresh pasture, fed clean (no corn or soy) for tender, flavorful meat raised with respect for the land and animal.
• Handcrafted Placer County wines from Ciotti Cellars (Lincoln) — small-batch, single-vineyard wines made from 100% local grapes with deep Italian family heritage. Think bold, velvety reds and bright whites that taste like a little sunshine in a bottle.
The Experience:
The passionate chefs at RockStar Pizza & Woodfired Kitchen will craft a memorable 4-course meal using these exact ingredients, kissed by the flames of their wood-fired oven.
Between courses, the owners themselves will share their stories:
• How they grow, raise, and bring these products to market
• Their sustainable practices and family traditions
• What makes their mushrooms, chicken, and wine so special

The Menu:
1. Farm Smoke Awakening
Cold-smoked lion’s mane, oyster, and shiitake mushrooms, flash-charred in the wood-fired oven. Tossed with House Lights greens, crunchy pepitas, dried cranberries, and shaved fennel, all brought to life with a bright Ciotti white wine vinaigrette.
2. Peace, Love & Fire Flatbread
A shareable wood-fired flatbread stacked with roasted garlic & artichoke purée, a rich cheese blend, sliced hot honey chicken, sautéed mushrooms, and tomato basil bruschetta. Finished with a drizzle of hot honey, olive oil, and fresh parmesan.
3. Smoked & Seared Half Chicken
Pasture-raised half chicken, cold-smoked for depth, then finished skin-side down in the wood-fired oven until perfectly crispy and juicy. Topped with a silky shiitake & lion’s mane cream sauce, deglazed with Ciotti red wine and roasted garlic.
4. Vineyard Fire Finale
Wood-grilled seasonal peaches, caramelized over open flame and drizzled with a warm Ciotti late-harvest wine & honey reduction. Served over vanilla ice cream and finished with toasted nuts for the perfect sweet finale.
