Join us for our 103rd Annual Holy Ghost Festa! This year for Mother's day treat your Mom to a time honored Portuguese tradition.
Butler Amusements, Inc. will be there from May 7th - May 10th
Saturday evening our procession starts at 664 B Street and begins at 8:00 PM. We will proceed to McBean Park Pavilion where the formal presentation of the 2026 queens and officers will take place. Live music performed by Alma will be from 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM.
Sunday, mass will be held at St. Joseph Church at 280 Oak Tree Lane at 10:00 AM. Directly after mass the parade will form on A street and proceed through downtown Lincoln where we will end back at McBean Park Pavilion where the Holy Spirit Crown will be placed in the capella, doves will be released, and lunch will be served.
The first serving of Sopas begins at 11:00 AM and the last serving will be served at 3:00 PM. Everyone that want's to eat will be fed. Donations are welcomed.
To go sopas will be available directly after each serving for a suggested donation of $20.00.
Join us for our live auction at 2:30 PM where we will auction off donated goods and unique items that you can only find at Festa.
Bring the little ones to play at the cremeca, a traditional Portuguese mini carnival game.
Sweet bread provided by Portuguese Tasty Desserts will be for sale all weekend along, while supplies last, along with linguiça and tremoço.
Introducing for the first time ever, event merchandise that will only be available at the Lincoln Festa. Get yourself a unique shirt that you can show off all festa season long!
