Interactive, fire-forward culinary experience centered around whole-animal and seasonal vegetable cooking over live flame, showcasing the raw technique and artistry of open-fire preparation.

A live shucking station featuring freshly harvested local oysters and clams adds a dynamic coastal element to the experience, with shuckers serving to order and offering a variety of classic and creative accompaniments.

To round out the experience, an abundant chilled seafood display served over ice will feature a rotating selection of pristine shellfish and seafood—designed for grazing, sharing, and pairing with crisp, seasonal accoutrements.
