Many of you will know someone who has been cared for by Farleigh, and this walk is a wonderful way to remember a loved one or raise funds for local hospice care - as you never know who might need it. There is a registration fee and Farleigh do ask that you raise whatever sponsorship you can - but you do get a T-shirt at the start, a medal at the finish and a free banana or two along the way!
Pick your route:
12km from Paper Mill Lock – a relaxed countryside walk
24km from Heybridge Basin – for those who love a challenge
You can get a park and ride from the finish point at e2v down to your chosen start point.
Dogs on leads are welcome, unfortunately routes are not suitable for wheelchairs or buggies.
The route is waymarked and stewarded. I am not leading it! I work for Farleigh and will be taking photos and videos at this event so smile and wave.
