Bring your family, friends and neighbors to Broadway Square for an evening of fun, education and community as you get to know the people behind the badge.
Meet Fargo Police officers and professional staff, explore police vehicles and specialized equipment, learn about the teams and technology that help keep our community safe and connect with dozens of community partners who help make Fargo a great place to live, work and visit.
Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and partners, there will be plenty to enjoy throughout the evening. Kingpinz will be serving free hot dogs, Pepsi is providing refreshments and Old Dutch is supplying chips. Xcel Energy is sponsoring a caricature artist, while Games to Go is bringing bounce houses and a dunk tank for kids of all ages to enjoy. Platinum Plus DJ will keep the music playing and help make the evening fun from start to finish.
The stage will be packed with interactive presentations and activities including a Get to Know Chief Travis Stefonowicz conversation, Junior Officer Swear-Ins for all kids attending, Ask an Officer, a Push-up Challenge and a raffle for a mini 12-volt electric Fargo Police squad car for children ages 6 and under. During the event, the Fargo Police Foundation will also share how they support the Fargo Police Department through equipment, training, officer wellness initiatives and community programs.
Whether you're interested in learning more about policing, meeting the officers who serve your neighborhood or simply enjoying a fun summer evening with your family, there's something for everyone.
