Begin your evening with a 45-minute Mat Pilates Flow inside the museum's breathtaking immersive Marine Science Gallery before slowing down with a calming sound bath led by Vivian. Afterwards, enjoy premium refreshments, wellness goodie bags and connect with the Flow & Friends community in one of Hong Kong's most unique wellness settings.
