Family Yoga Workshop

Fun sessions for little yogis aged between 2 to 8 years old (younger siblings can join is as well) and their parents. Join Mary Sheppard, Rainbow Kids and Family yoga teacher and co-create some fun family yoga poses.

Bringing the outdoors inside with nature inspired yoga. In this nature and animal inspired yoga class you’ll learn to arch your backs like a cat, stretch your limbs like a tree and flow like a waterfall to help learn body awareness and appreciation.
