Join us for a heart warming family yoga adventure inspired by The Littlest Yak.Perfect for children aged 2-5 years and their parent/carer, this gentle, imaginative session blends early years yoga with storytelling to explore themes of bravery, belonging, and being your wonderful self just like little Gertie the Yak.
Families will journey to the snowy mountains through movement, breath, and story. With simple yoga poses, songs, and sensory props, children and grown ups will stomp like yaks, stretch like mountain climbers, and snuggle into calming rest all within a supportive, playful environment. No yoga experience needed.
This session is perfect for families who enjoy storytime, movement, and imaginative play. Parent/carer participation is required and please bring along your own yoga mat. Wear clothes you can easily move around in eg. leggings and t-shirts.
