Family Yoga Series

This class is designed to be engaging for adults with kids aged 3-10 years, so you can expect a playful blend of time on your mat with movement around the room. We'll explore the space through yoga poses, music, and games that encourage connection between you and your littles. We'll also practice a variety of breathing techniques that make a sense of calm accessible in daily life. Enjoy this opportunity for coregulation and a deepened relationship through the playful awareness of yoga.

Please note, this series is not included with a regular Essencia class membership and a Family Yoga single session or package must be purchased.
