Bring your littles and join Sara for an hour of movement, laughter and connection! This playful family yoga class includes fun yoga games, creative group poses and simple mindfulness activities designed to build strength, balance, and coordination all in a relaxed, non-competitive environment.It's a perfect way to bond with your child while introducing them to the joy of yoga. Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat (if you have one).
Family yoga is planned with children ages 4-8 (ish) with a grown up, and we recommend no more than a 1:2 adult-to-child ratio.
Come move, play and share a little magic on the mat!
$35 for 1 Adult +1 Child
$20 for second child.
