Sacred Sound, Restore through Sound and Vibration workshop.

Join us for the Sacred Sound, Restore through Sound and Vibration workshop – an amazing in-person experience where you'll relax, heal, and rejuvenate using the magic of sound and vibrations. In this interactive sound immersion workshop, you will explore Sound Healing instruments such as Tibetan bowls, xylochimes and your own voice for nervous system regulation. There will also be a Sound Bath to receive sound to restore balance in your mind and body. No experience needed, just bring your open heart and ears.

Each participant will have the opportunity for a Soundbed treatment. The participant will lay on the wooden table which has 50 strings underneath. The sound vibrates putting one in a relaxed state. Particpants will also have the opportunity to play some of the instruments with instuctions on giving and receiving, leaving space, deep listening and intention.
