Family Yoga

Join Angelica at the Annex for storytime style family yoga! This is geared for children ages 3-9 with a caregiver. Angelica Lopez is a 500-hour trauma-informed yoga instructor who discovered yoga as a child. Her lifelong relationship with the practice inspires her work supporting others through gentle, accessible yoga experiences.
