We'll guide you through a playful and calming practice that encourages connection, movement, and mindfulness. It's a fantastic way to introduce yoga to your children or deepen your collective family practice.
Please remember to bring:
Comfortable clothing for everyone
Water
A towel
Your own yoga mat (don't worry if you don't have one, we'll have some to use!)
Any other props you find helpful for your yoga practice.
