Our Family yoga sessions involve plenty of laughter and fun as well as an insight into yoga practice. Expect lots of stretching, laughing, relaxing and time to connect as a family.
Yoga is great for creating a feeling of calm and tranquillity and can help parents and kids to relax in each other’s presence. You’ll all return home fully stretched, feeling rejuvenated, overflowing with love in your hearts and a sparkle in your eyes!
In the session, we’ll enjoy….

• Breathing practices and light-hearted meditations to calm the mind and body
• Rejuvenating relaxations
• The enjoyment of learning together and spending time in each other’s company
Yoga can provide children with strength and flexibility in the body and mind, improved posture, enhanced focus, self-awareness and self-regulation, helping to manage stress and emotions.
Family Yoga is open to everyone – children (aged 5-15yrs), mums, dads, Grandmas, Grandpas and carers.
