Join Us for a weekly Monday morning 9.30am Don’t Sweat It! Walking Group, launching 9th September, Wavendon Community Hub Milton Keynes. Supported by The National Lottery Community Fund and Places for people. This is a weekly walking and support group for women in all stages of menopause, surgical menopause, post cancer treatment, postnatal recovery, POI, PCOS, & endometriosis.
The sessions will consist of a 20-30 minute walk and chat, followed by a 30 minute drink and expert chat where we will be covering symptoms that we know women are really struggling with and discuss ways we can help manage these and improve health.
We would love you to join us and if you can please share the details of the walks we can build a community of like minded women that support and empower each other during transitional changes in our lives.
