Family Yoga

Join us for a morning of family yoga and mindfulness!

Kids Yoga with Camille will be leading a family yoga class followed by activities for the kids. Meet at Elk Grove Regional Park behind thr Rhoads School House.

There is no suggested age range, all kids and families are welcome!

Sons Water Ice and Kafei will be available for purchase.
