Family Yoga

Family Yoga lets you bring your kid(s) with you to a yoga session.

Preschoolers, toddlers, and babies might be on the mat with you, with you helping them explore the yoga flow and learn about mindfulness. If they are restless, they can play with the provided toys while you do yoga and have the space on your mat to yourself.

Older kids can enjoy the interactive yoga flow with you. The yoga flow will encourage connection and engagement between family members.

The yoga flow is about 40 minutes long so that it can fit into your busy schedule and won’t wear out kids’ patience. The yoga flow varies from class to class based on the mood of the room. It’s tailored either to match high energy needing to be explored or a gentle flow to help the group center. And Sarah is always there to offer variations of each pose to help you honor your body and your needs as they can vary day by day.

After yoga, you’re welcome to stay for the rest of the hour for an opportunity to connect with others and make new friends. Check out the food and drink offerings of The Kitchen, and their games and playground!
