Family Yoga

This is an free community class where the whole family is invited to stay, learn, play, breathe and connect with loved ones! This class is open and intended for both children and adults.

Please bring your mat and a pal to partner up with! Be ready to flow with a partner for a portion of the class. Partner poses are suitable for parent + child pairs, friends, siblings, significant others, etc.

This is an all-ages, all-levels class intended to be as inclusive and accessible as we can. Your presence and support make this offering possible! Donations are optional and much appreciated.
