Let’s do some yoga for our heels, hips, hiney, heart, hands, head and hair (and everything else in between)! Yoga enhances flexibility and strength, develops balance and improves coordination and general encourage more body awareness.
This class will be taught in English and is appropriate for all levels of yoga practice and experience.
