Celebrating the kick-off of "Bâlanced - Women's Circles"!
Every two weeks we come together in circle to share, meditate, dance and connect. This is a donation-based event.
This week’s topic is on ‘befriending your body’ - our most powerful inner compass, when we allow ourselves to listen. �

Background & Intention
Since prehistoric times, women have gathered in circles for rituals, storytelling, and to share knowledge about childbirth, and herbalism. These gatherings often took place around a fire, symbolizing warmth, light, and unity. The benefits and importance of this precious moment of togetherness is beautifully evident to me and I'd love to share this practice in my hometown to enjoy eachothers company, expand together and maybe get a bit witchy. :)
It has been a sweet little dream of mine to lead women's circles, a practice that has been a critical part of my own growth and healing journey when living far from my home, Basel. Now that I'm back in Basel, it's time :) If you find the below practices and topics just as exciting as I do or feel some curiosity at least, please feel warmly welcome to explore together with me.
Each gathering will have one topic we focus on, ranging from Health & Wellbeing, Personal Development, Love & Relationships, Business to Pleasure and more.
We practice with tools such as Ritual, Sharing circles, Embodiment Practices, Meditation & Guided Visualizations, Collective Wisdom, Workshop Exercises, Dance, and whatever wants to emerge organically in the moment.
All ages, abilities and experience levels welcome <3
Time
18:45-21h - make sure to be there by latest 19:00 when the circle closes and we begin. Ideally you can stay during the full 2 hours.
After, you're welcome to connect over tea or drinks at the café or in the patio.

Each session can be attended individually, they don't build up on each other. However, there is an inherent value in deepening the practices and relationships over time. :)

What to bring:
we sit on the ground, so please bring a small blanket, yoga mat OR meditation cushion to sit on
water bottle
pen and paper
comfortable clothing in which you can sit and move comfortably (a shawl if you easily get cold)
you're welcome to bring a snack to share for after our gathering
optional: any music instruments

About me:
I'm a Basel-based certified Coach, meditation guide, holistic health nut and eternal student of life, love and play. For the past decade I've been a Global Citizen, experiencing alternative ways of living - creating many homes away from home.
After nearly burning out in Silicon Valley, I found healing through women's circles, ecstatic dance and Tantric Buddhist practices. Now, for the past 5 years, I've been offering workshops, dance, meditation and coaching globally to an english and german speaking audience.
I believe in our individual and collective power to create a more beautiful world led by love not fear - starting with our own lives. I’m passionate about supporting women in discovering what makes them come alive so they may lead a life that aligns with who they truly are and make the contribution they came here to make to the collective.
