Join us for a fun yoga adventure with your little one! Together, we'll explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness activities, and relaxation techniques while encouraging kindness, confidence, and connection.
This class will take place in the Water Room, please bring a yoga mat for you and your child to share. You may also rent a mat from the studio for $2 each.
