Yoga for Kids

Led by Pat Steely. In this fun yoga class, children will practice deep breathing, relaxation techniques, and various yoga poses in a fun, creative, mindful, and imaginative manner through storytelling, books, music, props, and games. A sustained period of relaxation will be enjoyed at the end of class. Open to children grades 1 and above, please accompany children ages 10 and under. Free event, donations appreciated.
